Appointment Process

Please call our office at 678-445-1111 and one of our Client Services Representatives will be happy to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you.

We understand the time constraints many clients are under, so we also have drop-off appointments. These allow you to drop off your pet as soon as we open and leave him or her with us for the doctor to examine. A technician will check in your pet, obtain a detailed history and discuss a tentative treatment plan. You will be kept informed of findings and treatments via phone throughout the day and will have an opportunity to speak with the doctor when you pick up your pet at the end of the day.

We ask that clients arrive a few minutes before their scheduled appointment time to fill out any required paperwork. To save you time, we also have these forms available online in the Client Forms section of our website.
